Purchase Terms
When you click on the 'ORDER NOW' button at blogcommentdemon.com, you will be directed to Clickbank marketplace's secure payment form. By purchasing a copy of the software, you agree to Clickbank's terms of sales and that you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request for a refund.

If no refund request is made at http://clickbank.com/orderDetail.htm within the 60 days period, you agree to full acceptance of the software regardless of how it perform after 60 days.

Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use the products purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.

VAT and other Taxes
As of July 1, 2003, online retailers of digital products, including ClickBank, are required to collect VAT (Value Added Tax) for products purchased by customers with a billing address located in the European Union (EU). ClickBank is responsible for remitting applicable sales tax since ClickBank resells the products to customers. These taxes will be added at the payment screen. Any disputes with the taxes will be referred to clickbank.

Software Performance
The performance of the software is dependent on many different websites that are not owned by us. Any changes made on any of those websites will cause the software to return failed results. By using our product, you agree that submission results will never be 100% successful and for whatever reasons, results can be lower than expected. We will update the product as often as we can to improve the submission results.

You also agree to our software license agreement.

All affiliates are Clickbank affiliates and they are bound by Clickbank's terms of service. We have no control over who our affiliates are. It is also against the Clickbank's Client Contract if an affiliate offers bonuses of cash or cash equivalents. We cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing made by Clickbank affiliates. Please contact clickbank.com for any fraud issues or simply request for a full refund within 60 days.
